Pranarom Essential Oil Roman Chamomile 5 ml

   This perennial plant that grows on light, sandy soils in western Europe, presents feathery leaves, chapters composed of white flowers, rare, tubular, yellow in the center, inserted into a conical receptacle and yellowed acheneal striate.

Tips & tricks:

   * In case of stress or emotional shock, 3 drops of AEQT Chamomile in the solar plexus will calm the nervous state,

    * Or in olfaction: Deposit 2 drops AEQT Roman chamomile on the inside of the wrists, join hands and inhale with a long and deep inspiration that we can repeat 2 or 3 times.

Tips:

   * 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, sugar cane or vegetable oil).
