Instructions for use:

Adults: Take 30 ml a day (3 measures of 10 ml a day, 1 before each meal).

Teenagers: Take 15 ml a day (3 measures of 5 ml a day, 1 before each meal).

Children: Take 7.5 ml a day (3 measures of 2.5 ml a day, 1 before each meal).

Take the recommended dose diluted in a little water. Shake the product well before each dose.
